Where is the Study Being Conducted? The TEAM study is funded by the National Institute of Mental Health and is being conducted at 6 academic medical centers across the country. The coordinating site oversees the activities of all data collection sites. The Coordinating Site Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, MO, is the Coordinating Site for the TEAM study. Barbara Geller, M.D., who has conducted many research studies on childhood bipolar disorder, is the Principal Investigator for the coordinating site.
